All athletes with less than 3 months of prior strength and conditioning training typically start with this Prep Course. After that, you can enroll in one of our Windy City SC Membership Options.

What to expect
Day 1
- Introductions:
Intro to Windy City SC / Client Goals - Movements:
Learn Squats - Air Squat, Front Squat, Back Squat, Overhead Squat
Learn Presses - Strict, Push Press, Push Jerk - Workout:
We'll lead you through a safe but challenging workout that utilizes the skills you learned.
Day 2
- Introductions:
We'll cover the importance of scaling/modifying workouts, in addition to other aspects about our style of training. - Movements:
Learn Olympic Lifts - Snatch / Clean - Workout:
We'll lead you through a safe but challenging workout that utilizes the skills you learned.
