We train mostly in a group setting, whether it be general strength and conditioning classes or specialty endurance and olympic weightlifting sessions. However, we also realize that each person presents a unique situation which can be reflected in a custom, individual program design and nutritional prescription. For these reasons, we offer both group training as well as individual coaching options.

We love the kiddos. Our Kid's Corner is set up just for the little ones to have fun, watch TV, draw, read or play while you get a workout in. The area is enclosed to keep your kids safe, while still being visible and close by at all times. So bring them with and take some time for yourself. You deserve it.
