WC program design

Whether you’re an elite athlete looking to take your performance to the next level, or someone new to the world of health and fitness, our coaches can help develop an individual program just for you.

Program Design is for:

  • Those who have a specific set of needs or goals that require an individualized fitness program
  • Those who desire the flexibility to train when they want/can
  • Those who are comfortable training on their own
  • Those who need to be held accountable.
  • Those who want to maximize their athletic potential.

How it Works:

  1. Consultation: Initial meeting to discuss your goals, current nutritional and lifestyle habits, and physical capabilities (in-person or via phone).

  2. Assessment: Initial testing of your structural balance and energy systems. This can be done either in-person or via video analysis.

  3. Individualized Fitness Programming: A customized training program that is based on initial assessments and reviewed by your coach weekly.

  4. Ongoing Support and Review: A 30-minute check-in and review every 2-4 weeks with your coach to discuss your program and ensure continued success (in-person or via phone); as well, unlimited text/email support, weekly feedback and analysis.

Coaching can be done in-person or remote if you’re not in Chicago.

Program Design with Windy City includes programming designed specifically for you and your needs. Your coach will review all training, provide feedback and video analysis; be available to answer any questions; and ensure that you are supported and continuing to move forward toward all of your goals.
