The WOD @windycitysc was “Kalsu”. Yes. I did do 100 thrusters. No I did not do anything near Rx. A 35 Lb. bar was it for me today. And I scaled my burpees down to 3 on the minute rather than 5. The fact that I did 100 means I should have lifted heavier. But I’m happy with what I did today.
