Life lesson # 1: You are stronger than you think! After taking a 16 months break from crossfit I finally re-started on April 24th of this year! I didn’t think I would be able to do the Murph on 2nd June! But I surprised myself when I did! Yes, I did modify the workout : 1 mile run, 100 ring rows, 200 knee push ups, 300 air squats and 1 mile run ! The ring rows and knee push ups were modifications for pull ups and regular pushups! Time: 50:37! I surprised myself! It was also amazing to experience this at my old city gym @windycitysc ! And was amazing to meet some of my old friends!
