Every year I write out a list of reasons to lose weight. It helps I keep me #motivated to live a #healthy life. I blurred out most of page 1 of this year's list because it's super personal stuff. Hint: most of it is names of guys who wouldn't date me (joking. Sort of. Not really). Anyways, check out item #5. I probably wrote down that one 7 months ago, at the very top of 2017. I'm posting this because this is my last day as this month's #windycitycrossfit #athleteofthemonth. It means a lot to me that my coaches and peers picked me for this.
